Two rooms available in a historic building around the corner from Leidseplein. The larger room is 15m2, the smaller one 8m2. Both are at the backside of the floor, so very quiet. On the frontside of the floor, there is a working male tenant in his mid-20s, who is quiet, clean and serious and expects the same. The large kitchen, including all amenities (induction cooking, dishwasher, washing machine), the modern bathroom and the separate toilet are all shared with only him. Other than that, the rooms enjoy a lot of privacy as he lives on the other side of the floor. Available for a tenant who lives in Amsterdam temporarily for the purposes of studying or an internship.
