Room available in a cozy apartment, shared with a 41-year-old professional woman. The spacious 85-square-meter apartment features a large, bright living space with a big balcony. Living room include a TV, open kitchen, and all essential appliances.

The  bedroom is currently unfurnished, but I can provide a double bed and a wardrobe if needed. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you might require. Rent covers Wifi, water, gas, and electricity.

Located in Ijburg, just a 1-minute walk from tram stop no. 26, with easy access to a Shopping Centre. The surrounding area include shops, cafes, restaurants, and beauty centers.
