Immediately available bedroom from April 4th till May 25th ONLY

Hi all! I have a free bedroom available in a three-bedroom flat located right by the Wibaustraat metrostop. It's available for a fixed period as mentioned. I would be travelling for this period, and I would return end of May therefore NO POSSIBILITY TO EXTEND THE LEASE.

It’s €950 all included per month. The whole period is EUR 1900. The room is very spacious , around 16 square meters and it contains a desk, TV and a private bathroom with exclusive shower usage. The shared space contains a really nicely sized kitchen, beautiful living room and balcony 🌞 and a storage room. The toilet is to be shared with two other girl whose bedrooms are upstairs. 

You would be sharing with two very calm and lovely girls (age 22 &25) years One is a Finnish working girl and the other is a Dutch Master student . It’s a social house where we enjoy grabbing a drink together in the livingroom! Cleanliness is extremely important, it would be very important if you can take some of the cleaning responsibility - it’s a nice flat and we’d like to keep it this way.
