Looking for a New Flatmate from December 2024!

Hey! My flatmate is moving back to Sweden, so I'm looking for a new roommate to join me starting in December.

A Few Things You Should Know:

Location
-Super quiet area, but very accessible. It’s just 6 minutes to Centraal Station, 10 minutes to Zuid, and 20 minutes to the Airport.
-Tons of great cafes around, and we’re within walking distance of De Pijp (super trendy area with lots of cool spots).
-Right next to the Amstel river — huge plus if you’re into water sports! I love swimming, stand-up paddling, and kayaking in the summer. Plus, I’m planning to take some rowing classes.

About the Apartment and Room:
-The room is spacious (20m²) and comes with a big living area (the whole apartment is 80m²).
-French balcony in the living room, which I think is pretty nice.
-We’ve got a rooftop terrace to chill on.
-Bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, plus a washing machine and dryer.

A Bit About Me:
I like to think of myself as an international person. Before moving to the Netherlands for work a year ago, I lived in five different countries and speak four languages. I’m into running, working out, thrifting, hanging out with friends at cafes, travelling, and I love trying new activities. I’m also super interested in math, politics, cultures, languages, and mental health.

I believe a good flatmate dynamic makes a home feel… well, like home! I’m hoping to find someone who’s easygoing, tidy, and communicative. It’s all about having a positive and respectful vibe in the place.

What the Landlord is Looking For:
-Someone with a stable job (12-month minimum contract).
-You should be earning a minimum of 4500 EUR/month.
-Does not smoke
-Does not have a pet
