Rent is 550 euros. Including water and electricity excluding room heating. NO DEPOSIT.
 
Period: From February 1 for upto 3 months. It maybe extended for 2 more months.

 Its in a shared apartment and has all the facilities.  The Kitchen and shower is shared. Living room is not shared. A big shopping area and train station is nearby. 

No guests possible. Not too much noise. Preferably no work from home housemate.
Direct Viewing is possible next days.
