I’m looking for a roommate to sublet a room in the house in Amsterdam-Zuidoost.
If you are a student and are interested in renting and looking for a room for a long-term period (one year contract), it could be perfect for you. 

💶Price: €1.250 monthly + approx €150 in utilities, deposit 1 month fee

📍Location: Amsterdam-Zuidoost, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood near Nelson Mandelapark and Gaasperplas Lake. A 10 minute walk to Amsterdam Holendrecht M station. 

🛏️Room: Spacious and airy room, ideal for studying, work or relaxing after long day. Windows with a view onto the neighborhood. Large and comfortable bed and big wardrobe for all of your stuff. 

🚪Common Areas: Include fully supplied and equipped kitchen with a big family table, a living room with sofa, TV and stereo and storage unit for your bike and more. Furthermore there is a shared study room equipped with a desk and a printer if you need a separate room to study. 

🛁Bathrooms: The house has a toilet on the ground floor and bathroom with a shower and bath on the first!

🌳Garden: Feeling like you could use some air? There is a big and beautiful garden waiting. 

📅Date: Your room will be available to move in on 2nd of November!

👥Roommates: You will be sharing your new home with me. My name's Aleks . I'm 20 years old, and I’m from Poland. I will too start my studies this year in Vrije Universiteit. I can’t wait to meet You, and I hope we will become good friends.
