In my apartment in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, just a 4-minute walk from Henk Sneevlietweg metro station, a 11 m² room will become available from December 1st. The apartment is located in a modern and well-maintained building with a bike storage area and extra storage space in the basement. The rental period runs until October 1st, 2026.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me — a 27-year-old man working full-time for the municipality, who enjoys cooking and having friends over for a cozy evening. The apartment features:

A large, bright living room – perfect for shared meals or relaxed chats.

A spacious kitchen with everything you need.

A balcony with a beautiful view (see photos!).

A large bathroom with washing machines and all conveniences.

The room itself is 11 m² and optionally furnished making it ideal if you’d like to bring your own furniture. The furniture shown in the photos belongs to my current housemate — you can discuss taking over items with him if you’re interested.
