The residence is a spacious and bright maisonette (100m2) located at the Louis Schottingstraat near Sloterplas, Osdorp shopping center, and Meervaart theater (5 min. walking distance).

Both tram and bus stops are within walking distance (2 min. walking distance).

The maisonette is structured as follows:

First floor

A room of 22m2 with an adjoining rooftop terrace of 20m2. (Sun on the south). Already occupied by 1 person) 
Very spacious shared open kitchen
Toilet

Second floor:
2 x 2 rooms (2 rooms together 20m2 each):
- 2 rooms at the front : Free to rent.
- 2 rooms at the back. (already occupied by 1 other person).
Spacious shared bathroom with shower, extra toilet and lease washingmachine.
