About the place

I am looking for an Indian female flatmate to replace me in my home which is located in Nieuwe West. The room will be free from February. The apartment is located close to Lelylaan in a nice and quiet area with a tram, bus and metro stop at 5 minutes walking distance and is fully furnished incl.  dishwasher, oven, washing machine, coffee machine, etc. It is also a 4-5 minutes walking distance to the market with store like Albert Heijn, Lidl, Action etc. located within it. 
You’ll be living with my flatmate (female, 29), working full-time for the past 2 years in Amsterdam. 
Registration possible.

The rent for the room is 1160 excl. utilities. Utilities and insurance come out to about €250 per month. 
The room comes with a closet, bed, and a connected balcony.
