Hello!

I'm looking for a roommate in Amsterdam Noord.

My name is Richard, and I'm from Spain. I moved to Amsterdam 6 years ago for work. My roommate is leaving on September 1st. So I'm looking for someone new!

About the accommodation:
The apartment is 100 m² and is located in Amsterdam North. It's a quiet neighborhood, close to Noord Station (6-minute walk), Winkelcentrum Boven 't Y (9 minutes) with supermarkets (Jumbo, Lidl, Albert Heijn, Amazing Oriental), Media Markt, Decathlon, SportCity, Gemeente, and a cinema.

Amsterdam Central Station (2 metro stops or 15-minute bike ride).

The room has:
- 10 m²
- Includes: 1 bed (new sheets), desk with chair, and wardrobe.

You will share the kitchen and bathroom (with washing machine) with two roommates.

The apartment has a storage room on the ground floor, with space for two bicycles (one of them mine) and some small items.

Important information:
- Rent: €950 per person (includes internet, water, gas, and electricity)
- Deposit: €950
- Location: Amsterdam North (Loenermark, 1025 SV)
- Registration (in Gemeente)
- Looking for someone for long-term stays (minimum 6 months)

We are looking for someone who is a non-smoker, enjoys peace and quiet, and wants to live independently.
