Hello!

I’m Dev, and I’m looking for a warm, responsible female flatmate (23–40) to join our peaceful home in vibrant Amsterdam North. This is a single occupancy room, and you'll be sharing the apartment with me, my sweet 8-year-old dog Chloe, and a wonderful working professional lady in the other room.

🛏️ The Room & Home:
– Bright, fully furnished private room
– Lots of natural light, great storage
– Shared kitchen and bathroom
– Living room is partially accessible (feel free to use it when I’m not working there)
– You can literally walk in with just your clothes — the apartment is more than fully furnished, including:

✅ Washer + dryer
✅ Air fryer
✅ Dishwasher
✅ Nespresso coffee machine
✅ Full kitchen setup, cozy interiors, and everything in place to make it feel like home

💸 Rent:
– €900/month, all-inclusive
– Previously €1100, reduced because I need help with Chloe’s walks (approx. 50% of the time)
– I’ll handle the rest of her care — she’s a peaceful and gentle soul

🐶 About Chloe:
Chloe is a calm, friendly Norwegian Bihund, now 8 years old. She brings warmth to the house and loves walks and cuddles.
As a single dog-parent, I occasionally struggle to manage walks during work and travel, so I’d love a flatmate who genuinely enjoys being around dogs and can share this lovingly.

👋 A Bit About Me:
I work in Agile coaching, host philosophy and personal development events, and live intentionally — investing in my health, growth, and giving. There’s a nice community vibe in our building, and I already have a sweet circle of friends here.
