Renovated apartment with 3,5 rooms. Integrated kitchen and living room. Bathroom with separate toilet. Fully equipped kitchen including induction hob and dishwasher. 1 south-facing balcony. No neighbors above you.

Very good connections: highway A10 in 5 minutes, metro/bus in 5 minutes walking, Amstel station in 20–25 minutes by bike.

Important: there are two young and friendly cats in the apartment, so you should be an animal lover.

Flat share life: I am looking for a calm and tidy flat mate (30–45 years old) who enjoys a respectful and well-kept home. My lifestyle is quiet and organized: I value a peaceful and respectful atmosphere without chaos. I like to share conversations and moments, but I also respect each person’s need for privacy. I am working from home once or twice a week.
