About the place

One of our locations is the Location Legmeer Plaza.  
The room advertised over here is a single bedroom at this Location and comes available as per direct ONLY FOR ONE PERSON!

The Legmeer Plaza Location has four EXCLUSIVE, very luxurious rooms in one of the most expensive areas of Amsterdam (The Amsterdam South Area), which we are renting ONLY to highly educated people, mainly expats, working at companies like Tom Tom, Deloitte, Expedia, Liberty Global, Richemont, Polo Ralph Lauren, Colgate, etc.

Our apartment is situated:
* In a very quiet building.
* Near the fantastic Vondelpark (just on a five minute's walk) 
* Close to the City Center (just on a 20 minute's walk)
* On an approximately five minute's drive by car from the city ring (A10)

The room at Legmeer Plaza Location offers you:
* A wooden floor. 
* A desk with a chair.
* A connection for Wifi.
* Its own towels (3). 
* It’s own bed linen, cushion and videt.
* It’s own fridge.
* An Auping double bed. 

You will have your own kitchen cupboard & gear (dishes, glasses, etc.)!

You will be sharing:
* The shower with a toilet, 
* The kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and a drying/ washing machine.
* A balcony facing the south. 

Extra benefits of this location are:
* It is on a 3 minute's walk from the Hoofddorpplein with a lot of shops (A huge grocery is around the corner) and a bus and tram stop.
* It is only on a five minute's cycle from a metro stop.
* A lot of restaurants and cafes are nearby.

The apartment at Legmeer Plaza Location (including your room) will be cleaned two times per month for 50 Euro's by a professional cleaning company during your stay!
   
It guarantees you a clean place to live in during your stay at Our Location!

Using soft and hard drugs (incl. cocaine, heroine, paddos,  hash and pot) at this location are strictly forbidden!
YOU WILL GET AN OFFICIAL CONTRACT! THERE WILL BE A OPTION FOR PROLONGING OF THIS CONTRACT!
