My apartment has four EXCLUSIVE, very luxurious rooms in one of the most expensive areas of Amsterdam, which I am renting to highly educated people, mainly expats, working at companies like Deloitte, Tom Tom, Colgate, etc.

The room in this advertisement will be coming available immediately!!! 

The apartment:
* has the authentic 1930 building style.
* is situated in a very quiet building.
* is situated near the fantastic Vondelpark (just a five minute's walk) and the Leidseplein (just a 20 minute's walk)
* is OWNER occupied, so no (illegal) subletting!

The available room offers you:
* a fantastic overview over "het Legmeerplein" (Amsterdam Oud-Zuid) from the FOURTH floor of the building.
* its OWN entrance on the fourth floor of the apartment buiding. My apartment is on the third floor with its own entrance. 
* carpet, a closet with a lot of space and connections for Wifi and TV. You will also have your own sink.
* a desk with a comfortable chair.
* a washing and drying machine (to be installed).
* a magnetron and water boiler. 

You will ALSO have your own kitchen gear. Last but not least: a duvet, cushion, bed linen, towels are also available in the room!!!!
