Starting June 1st, a room will become available in a spacious, fully equipped apartment located in the peaceful, green surroundings of Gaasperplas.

The Apartment Includes:

A large bathroom with a separate toilet

A bright and open living room

A fully equipped kitchen

A cozy dining area

A large balcony with morning sun, perfect for coffee or a quiet start to the day


All shared spaces are fully furnished. The bedroom includes a wardrobe and bedframe; you’ll just need to bring your own mattress.

About Me:

I’m currently taking time off from work and will be home quite often. That said, I mostly keep to myself and spend time on hobbies in my room. I value a calm, respectful living environment and clear communication.

I live with Fritzie, my sweet and affectionate dog. She's very low-maintenance. Occasionally, I may ask for help if I go to a festival or a night out, but this will always be communicated clearly in advance. There are no expectations. You’re welcome to walk or play with her if you feel like it.

I’d give myself a 7 out of 10 in tidiness. I like things to be clean and practical, but it doesn’t have to be spotless at all times. If you’re someone who expects a spotless home 24/7, we might not be the best match. That said, I’m always open to communicating about shared expectations and habits.

What I’m Looking For:

Someone working or studying with a part-time job

A non-smoker

Someone who values respectful and open communication

This is not a student house, I’m looking for someone mature and independent

Practical Info:

Rent includes gas, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi
(Based on monthly estimates. Any deficit after the annual settlement will be split equally. Surplus will not be shared)

Excluded: Waste tax (afvalstoffenheffing) and water board tax (waterschapsbelasting)

Registration with the municipality is possible

This is a legal sublet. You will rent directly from me as the main tenant

Metro: 10 meters from the apartment

Bus stop: 5-minute walk

Supermarket: 12-minute walk

Shopping center: 20-minute walk

Amsterdam city center: 35 minutes by metro


House Guidelines:

No storage of personal belongings in shared spaces

Respect for shared areas and quiet hours

Healthy communication is a must
