Room for Rent in Spacious Apartment near Gaasperplas

Starting February, a room will become available in a beautiful and spacious apartment located in the green surroundings of Gaasperplas. The apartment includes:

A large bathroom
A separate toilet
A spacious living room and kitchen
A dining area
A large balcony
These spaces will be shared with me. The apartment is fully furnished, except for the bedroom. The bedroom comes with a wardrobe and a bedframe; you’ll need to arrange your own mattress.

Additional Facilities:
The apartment features a fitness room equipped with:

A treadmill
An adjustable bench
Dumbbells (adjustable up to 36 kg)
An Olympic barbell
As a tenant, you are welcome to use this space. However, it is exclusively for your personal use and not for others.

About Me
I will be home quite often until May, as I am currently free from work. However, I spend most of my time on my hobbies in my room, so you’ll barely notice I’m there.

I also have a dog named Fritzie. He’s very sweet and affectionate (like every dog owner says!). It’s important that you’re a dog lover and don’t mind occasionally helping take care of her (this will always be discussed upfront).

I enjoy a bit of socializing and think it would be nice to have dinner together now and then. At the same time, I’m looking for a responsible tenant who treats the apartment with care. This is not a student house, so I’m looking for someone who is working or studying while holding a part-time job.

Practical Information

Rent: Includes gas, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi. The amount is based on a monthly estimate, and any additional costs after the annual settlement will be split equally.
Additional costs: Waste disposal and water board taxes are also shared.
Registration: You can register at this address with the municipality.
Note: The apartment is being legally sublet. I am the primary tenant, so you will be renting the room directly from me.
Conditions:

No extra belongings in the shared spaces.
Limited storage space in the bedroom.
