About the place

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a calm and tidy girl to take over my room in a lovely shared apartment, from May 1st to August 16th. (with possible extension) 

The apartment is fully furnished. The room comes with a bed, desk, and chair. 

You'll be sharing the space with one lovely Czechia girl, who is doing her Master's at the University of Amsterdam. She is respectful and focused on her studies and work, so the general vibe at home is quiet and respectful.

The shared areas include a spacious bathroom with a washing machine, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room, and a balcony where you can enjoy some fresh air. 
There is also a storage. 

We like to keep things (super) clean and peaceful, so please, no smoking, pets, or parties in the house.

We're looking for someone between 20 and 26 years old, who appreciates a calm living environment and enjoys keeping things tidy. 

Monthly rent: 935eur excluding utilities.
You will be renting directly through the landlord
 
There is an income requirement, so you’ll need to provide recent payslips or relevant documents to show that you can pay the rent on time.
