About the place

Hi! John and I (Antoine), 28 years old American man and 32 years old French man, are looking for a third roommate.

Moving date: Start of June (flexible)
Registration possible

Visits: Somewhere around May 1st

Some requirements: You should
 - be planning to stay for at least one year
 - be between 26 and 38 years old
 - have a job 
 - speak English
 - not have a voluminous pet 🐶
 - be gay friendly 🏳️‍🌈

Please send a description with some details (age, job, hobbies, …) and we’ll let you know if and when you can come visit. We’ll do some pre-selection as we’d like visits to be long enough to get to know each other.

About the house:
 
 - Ground level. Your room is on the street side.
 - Your room is about 19-20m2 and furnished (see pictures). The bed, cabinet and desk are meant to stay here so it would be better if you didn’t intend to replace everything with your own furniture.
 - The rent is 919€ all included: 756€ + 163€ utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet). Deposit is 2x756 = 1512€.
 - The house has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, gas cooker, microwave), a bathroom and separate toilet, a common room and a garden with a plum tree and friendly neighbour cats. We also have a washing machine.
 - The house is in a quiet residential street, close to public transportations and with an AH to walking distance.
 - Smoking is not allowed in the house.


About us: 
We’re two young professionals, respectful, clean and quiet. 
We enjoy occasionally spending some time together but, since we have time consuming jobs and are often out during the weekend, it is also not rare to not see each other for some days as we usually spend a lot of time in our respective bedrooms.
Having friends over is ok, but be warned that we can’t be too loud too late if we’re in the garden as neighbours might otherwise complain. 
We usually let others know if we’re having “many” people over, which doesn’t happen every weekend.
