About the place

Hey there!

I’m looking for a friendly and responsible housemate to share my 3+1 apartment (55m²) located on Lange Leidsedwarstraat. You’ll be sharing the space with just me – a 33-year-old bar manager at a 5-star hotel – and my super friendly Golden Retriever, who loves good vibes and belly rubs.

About the Apartment:
 • Location: Lange Leidsedwarstraat (Central, vibrant area)
 • Size: 55m², fully furnished, cozy and well-maintained
 • Room: Spacious, with enough room for a comfortable setup
 • Common Areas: Living room, kitchen, and a bathroom (all shared)
 • Rent: €1,250/month + Bills (around €75 each)

Ps: There is a third room(9m2) which we can decide together how to use it.

Ps: Registration possible. Contract will be minimum 1 year. 

Ps: I also just moved in a month ago without furniture. So I am buying shared area furniture and equipment. You will only have to furnish your room, which you may find in photos.

I’m an easygoing, social person who values a clean, respectful, and friendly home environment. My goal is to create a comfortable, quality living space where we can genuinely get along and enjoy our time together, not just coexist.

About You:
 • Respectful, clean, and considerate
 • Pet-friendly (my dog is very sociable)
 • Open to building a friendly, supportive living atmosphere
 • Preferably someone who is also social, so we may once in a while share some moments together, cook or maybe host couple of friends.
