I have a spacious room in my house to rent out.Room is equipped with all basic facilities like comfortable double bed, side table, lamp, reading table and chair , a comfortable couch , mirror, a big wardrobe , a fridge and freezer , microwave and induction cooking plate.

Trams & busses are at 5 minute walking distance , free parking facility in the neighborhood . Centrum is 25 minutes away by tram .

Supermarkets are at less than 5 minute walking distance.

Environment in my house is calm and peaceful .I am looking for a female student who wants environment to focus on her studies or a working female tenant who after a hectic working routine wants to have a peaceful comfortable and a beautiful room to stay in Amsterdam .
