- Shared with one female roommate (working on PhD, most workdays on site).

- Rental period December 1st of December‘25 - 1st of March ‘25 (some flexibility is possible)

- Rent is 1150 euro/month (Including all costs g/w/l, internet) and 500 euro deposit.

- Preference for roommate: full time working or academic pursuit, over 25 years old, female.
