I'm looking for someone to take over my room in our beautiful and spacious apartment in Amsterdam Noord, located at NDSM Plein, with a stunning view of the IJ river and Amsterdam’s harbor.
The apartment is part of a newly constructed building, completed in November 2024, and offers a high standard of living. Very good isolated!

🛏️ About the Room
The available room is 14 m² and can be taken over either furnished or unfurnished. The exact furniture can be discussed during the viewing, but there's no obligation to take anything over.

The apartment in total has 90 m² and is located on an upper floor and accessible by elevator. It features a balcony with a breathtaking view – perfect for watching the sunset or enjoying your morning coffee. The apartment has floor heating in the winter and cooling in the summer.
You will be sharing the apartment with a German female professional – easygoing, respectful, clean, and a lovely person to live with.

🏙️ Location
The apartment is situated in Amsterdam Noord, right by the water and just a few minutes from NDSM Plein, where the ferries to the city center depart. Amsterdam Central Station can be reached within 15–20 minutes. A supermarket, gym, and cozy cafés and restaurants are all close by.
