Oud-West, Jordaan, de Pijp, city center all reachable in just a few minutes by bike. Dam square is 9 min,  Roeterseilandcampus (University of Amsterdam) is 15 min by bike. 

Bathroom and kitchen are shared with other tenants.  Common rooms (bathroom, kitchen, hallway) are cleaned 3 times a week. The room has its own sink and fridge. 

Room is fully furnished. Rent includes WiFi, utilities, municipal taxes, use of laundry room, tri-weekly cleaning of common areas.
