Hi!

We're Anastasia and Dimitris, and we're looking for a new roommate to join our home from August.

The apartment is located in Nieuw West, Amsterdam. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with just a toilet and one with a toilet, bathtub and shower) and a spacious living room and kitchen area and a small shared balcony.

About the room:
* Rent: €1,200/month (including utilities)
* Registration available
* Fully furnished
* Employment contract is a requirement 

The apartment is in a great location especially if you work in Amsterdam or commute.
* 5-minute walk to Heemstedestraat metro/tram station
* 5-minute walk to Lelylaan train station (direct connection to Schiphol)
* Close to Vondelpark and Rembrandtpark*
* Albert Heijn, Lidl, Action, Kruidvat, Hema, TrainMore and BasicFit are within 5-10 minutes of walking 

We're both working professionals in science with regular Monday-to-Friday jobs. During the week we're usually busy with work, cooking dinner, watching a movie or series, playing a board game or just relaxing at home. We enjoy having a friendly and respectful atmosphere in the house. Parties, pets and smoking are not allowed.

We're looking for someone who's easygoing, clean and happy to help keep the shared spaces tidy.
