About the place

We're looking for a clean and tidy female tenant who enjoys a peaceful and respectful shared living environment.

One room is available in my 131 m² apartment from 2 September.

The apartment is on the first floor of a building with an elevator. Registration is possible.

The room is approximately 15 m² and the rent is €1,200 per month. A two-month deposit is required.

The apartment has three bedrooms, underfloor heating throughout, a newly renovated kitchen, and a large 18 m² balcony. The room gets plenty of natural light, and the apartment is generally very bright.

The location is convenient:

3-minute walk to Tram 2 (Nieuw Sloten)
7 minutes by bike to Henk Sneevlietweg metro station
5-minute walk to Albert Heijn, Dirk, bakery, pharmacy, butcher, Gall & Gall, and other shops

A little about the living arrangement: I own the apartment and stay there part of the year, but since my husband lives in Vienna, I travel frequently. The apartment is shared by two female tenants in total. One room is already occupied, and I am looking for a female tenant for the second room.

I'm quite particular about keeping the apartment clean and well-organized and I'm looking for someone who shares the same approach. It's important to me that shared spaces are kept tidy and respected, so I'm hoping to find a considerate tenant who naturally enjoys a clean and comfortable home.

The rent includes high-speed internet, water, and building service costs. Electricity and gas are charged separately based on actual consumption. At the end of each month, I share the bill and the cost is divided according to the number of tenants and the length of stay.

There is also a €40 monthly cleaning fee per person for the cleaning of the shared areas and the apartment. The annual waste and water taxes (€500-600 per year) are shared proportionally between the tenants and myself, based on the length of each tenant's stay.

I'm looking for someone who is very clean, respectful, and enjoys living in a tidy and quiet home.
