We are offering it initially for 3 months, with possible extension depending on how things evolve in the flat.

We are looking for a working professional (35+ preferred) who does not work from home, is clean, respectful, quiet, and values a calm and tidy home. This is not a party flat – we’re seeking someone who is used to sharing space, appreciates privacy and harmony and is mindful of noise.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two women in their 40s, both working full-time, with a calm and independent lifestyle.
We keep things respectful, clean and quiet — everyone enjoys their own space and routines.
