About the place

apartment is in Niuewe-West, Koningin Wilhelminaplein. The apartment has all the basic stuff, living room is furnished, we have all the stuff for kitchen, washing machine, oven etc but the room is unfurnished with a size of 11.5 sq meters. The place is walking distance of 10 mins from Leylaan, 10 mins from supermarkets/store, 2 mins from gym.
There are 2 toilets and a small balcony with a living room.
Rent is 950 excluding.

A little about me and my other roomate:
I am hamza currently studying data science hbo degree and working part-time. I am respectable and really considerate about other people and their boundaries. Would love to have a friend in form of a new roomate but also respect their preferences.

The other roomate works as a chef at a resturant and is also currently enrolled at a culinary school. He is also busy with school and work on most days.

We like to do get together once in a while to cook together and spend some time together if the busy schedule allows it.

Would really like some one who is respectable, goes along being friendly, tidy and and is in the same phase of life like us.
