This room is ideal for a student or a working professional. Public transport connections are excellent — there are three nearby bus stops, and Kraaiennest metro station is just around the corner, getting you to Amsterdam city center in just 15 minutes.

For shopping enthusiasts, the Amsterdamse Poort is less than a 5-minute bike ride away. For concert lovers, the Ziggo Dome is only 7 minutes by bike, and Ajax fans can even see the ArenA from the balcony! In short, this apartment offers something for everyone.

You’ll be sharing the common areas with me. It would be great if we could agree on keeping them clean — a cleaner comes by monthly to help as well.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerators, and freezer. The apartment also includes a washing machine and dryer.

And the highlight of both the room and the apartment? A spacious rooftop terrace where you can soak up the sun and relax.
