WYSIWYG.... This is really a top place in Amsterdam! Available from Oct 15th: Quiet, relaxed and comfortable room with own balcony for one person in Amsterdam South-east area. We offer you a stay in a room of 16 m2 in a two room apartment of 60 m2. The room is fully equipped with complete furniture. You share the kitchen and bathroom with one other tenant. 
The kitchen is fully equipped with pans, pottery, glasses and plates. Also available in the kitchen are a dishwasher, oven and microwave. The bathroom is neat and clean. 

The room is ideal for a middle /long stay in Amsterdam, for instance, for an internship. You only have to bring your clothes and your computer; everything else you need is in the apartment. 
In the apartment is also a washing machine, dryer, and iron. The bathroom in the apartment is cleaned every three weeks by a cleaning person.

Not allowed: Smoking, lodgers, noisy parties and animals. Free bike parking is in the building.

The room is in 5 minutes walk form the subway-station which brings you in about 15 minutes to the City Centre of Amsterdam. 

The price is 1025 euro’s per month incl. alle other costs as furniture, cleaning, heating, water, electricity, WiFi and taxes. 
Registration is possible and for law reasons we have to ask you for a prove of registration at a University or Highschool.

In the direct neighbourhood: Amsterdam Medical Centre (AMC), Vrije Universiteit (VUmc), University of Amsterdam (UvA) High School of Amsterdam (HvA), InHolland and the Amsterdam and Amstelveen Business Area. Also you will find the famous Amsterdam Cruijff Arena, AFAS Music Hall and ZiggoDome near by.
