Available from Aug 1st: Nice and comfortable apartment for rent in Amsterdam Southeast. We offer you a stay in a room of 16m2 and the rest of the house. The room is fully equipped with a small, but complete kitchen, pans and pottery, towels etc. and is suitable for one person. The room has its own balcony. Just bring your clothes and laptop and everything else you need is there. 
The apartment is in a just refurbished apartment building and you share the toilet/shower/wash basin/living room with one other tenant. In the apartment is also a washing machine, dryer, and iron. Not allowed: Smoking, lodgers, noisy parties and animals. Bike parking is in the building and free.

The apartment is in 5 minutes walk from the metro-station which brings you in about 15 minutes to the Centre. Parking is off-street and free.

The price is 550 euro’s per month excl. 445 euro for heating, water, electricity, WiFi, cleaning and all taxes.

In the direct neighbourhood: Amsterdam Medical Centre (AMC), Vrije Universiteit (VU), University of Amsterdam (UvA) High School of Amsterdam (HvA), InHolland and the Amsterdam and Amstelveen Business Area. Also you will find the famous Johan Cruijff Arena, AFAS Music Hall and ZiggoDome near by.
