About the place

I’m looking for a new roommate (female only, aged over 30) to move into my apartment.
The apartment is recently renovated, and shared between 2 tenants (max), and includes:

•	3 bedrooms (one is for storage)
•	A kitchen, living room, bathroom, and balcony

It’s located in a  residential area in West Amstelveen, close to Westerpark. Supermarkets and other essentials are nearby. Getting to the center takes only around 10-15 minutes by bike or 30 minutes by public transport. 

Rent Details:
•	Current monthly rent: €960 per person
•	Utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet): Approx. €90 per person (varies with usage/season)
•	If you register at this place, +€30

Furnishings:
The room is not furnished, but you can use the matress the previous roommate left.

Additional Information:

•	Please respect the rule and clean the house together.
•	No smoking, parties, gatherings or sublet are allowed.
•	It’s on the 4th floor (no lift).
•	I’ve lived here for half an year and have nothing bad to say about it, I really enjoy living here!

Other Costs:

•	Security deposit: €1,000 per person (refunded at the end of the lease).
•	The rent perioud is 6 month first, but can be renewed after that, we both have no problem.
•	Registration is possible.

Move-In Date:

The room will be available now (end of January).  I need the person who can move in ASAP
