About the place

A nice room in a very nice street in the center of Amsterdam. The living room and kitchen is fully packed with all the stuff you can see but a  few things handy to point out: washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, high speed fiber internet, airo in the living room (saved my ass in the odd dutchie summers. Once every two weeks we can do a cleaning lady for the shared parts of the house but that's up to you if you want that money wise 50/50 or just do it ourselves. 
The house is next to the metro (north-south line), tram and the Albert Heijn is next door. My old roommate she is moving to Vienna because she landed a job there so that's why i'm looking for a nice new roomie. You'll be living here with one roommate (that's me) and you can do a sneakpeak about me here >> i n s t a and look for yordek.
man or women, Dutchie or Expat it's all good for me and I lived with all above combinations as roomies in the past.

The room has no end date but if you only looking for something for a year or less you can still drop a message because the important part is a good vibe with you.

The bed and couch can be taken over for a soft price. The matras is 4 months old and the frame 1.5 years.

You can also see a small attic in your room and it's yours so you can put away the stuff you don't need or don't want to see. 

And also very important you can register yourself on this address when you move in.

If you're a smoker I don't mind if you smoke in the livingroom. And if you don't want smokers in the house I also don't mind so up to the two of us to decide.
