This is an official DUWO sublet, meaning registration is possible, and you’ll have a valid contract from the housing corporation. 🚨Please note: the contract cannot be extended and ends on August 4, 2025 at 10:00 AM.

💸 Payment options:

• Option A (this is preferred): Pay full rent for both months upfront + 1-month deposit.
•  Option B: Pay monthly + 1-month deposit.

Deposit will be returned if the studio is returned clean and in good condition.

🛑 Important:
•  A guarantor (parent or sponsor) with proof of income is accepted as a payment method.
•  Full 2-month rent upfront preferred
•  Only for students or interns (as per DUWO rules)
•  No pets or smoking
•  No viewings possible, but additional photos (e.g., of bathroom) available upon request
