You will share the kitchen and the living room  with another housemate(student) female.
10 min with tram to Center station.
Living room,kitchen and washing machine are shared. 
Only for 1 non smoking .
Please note that this room is for 1 person only(female) ,no couples and no overnight visitors,non smoker.
