About the place

A bright 11 m² room will be available from May 1 in a brand-new apartment building, right next to the lively Waterlandplein in Amsterdam-Noord. Your future housemate is a 30-year-old man. The room has a blind and plenty of natural light, making it feel cozy and comfortable.

The apartment features a shared living room, a modern kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet. There is also a bicycle storage room on the ground floor. A bus stop is right outside the door, giving you a 10-minute ride to the station. Behind the building is the Waterlandplein shopping center, with around 40 shops, including Aldi, Albert Heijn, and Action.

We are looking for a female student or expat.
