About the place

We are looking for neat working tenants for a room in a shared house. 
We do not set an age limit but rather value the attitude of the tenants. We only select neat, tidy, organized tenants who handle the furniture with care and take the other residents into account. 
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets for the time being. 
We prefer a tenant who has been with us for at least 1 year. 
The room is within walking distance of public transport. 
Shopping mall is within 3 minutes walking, groceries, hairdresser, gym etc.
Green area, quite neighborhood
Located on the 3rd floor, no elevator
Toilet is separated from bathroom
Kitchen has a dining area
Extra storage downstairs
Balcony(Front and Back)
