About the place

We are Ruben (Dutch) and Yunkai (Chinese), looking for our third housemate! The room is available from 1st of July  onwards. Registration is possible. 

We are both working (in Amsterdam and Amstelveen) and are looking for: A relaxed and responsible working person to share our place (full time job is a requirement). 

About the room: - around 10 m2 - furnished The apartment: - non-smoking apartment, non-pet - The apartment is partially furnished with a shared living room with a TV, a sofa, dining table - shared kitchen - washing machine and dryer for clothes. Some of the furniture in the room belongs to the old tenant.

Financial stuff: - the room rent is €608 p/m - deposit is two month rent -excluding utilites.
