About the place

Hi everyone!

Starting October 1st, a room will be available in a historic listed building in the Karthuizershof, right in the heart of Amsterdam's Jordaan district.

Duration: Two months, with the possibility of an extension.

Rent: €1,500 per month, all-inclusive
 Security deposit: €1,000

You will be sharing the house with one roommate (myself) and a cat.

The house features a separate living room and kitchen, a private backyard, and a shared front garden (courtyard). There is also a covered bicycle storage area.

The room is approximately 9 m². The furniture shown in the photos belongs to the current home office setup. Ideally, the room will be rented partially furnished (the blue sofa is a sofa bed), but renting it unfurnished is also an option.

The hallway (approximately 4 m²) may also be used by the tenant. There is space there for additional personal furniture if desired.

The house is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and more. Registration at the address is possible.

Requirements
*Move-in date: October 1st (moving in slightly earlier to set up the room can be discussed)
*Able to pay one month's rent (October) plus the security deposit before October 1st
*Working full-time (or similar) and preferably in your late twenties to thirties
*Clean, organized, and respectful of the quiet neighborhood
*Reference from a previous landlord or other proof of being a reliable tenant
