So you have two rooms entirely to yourself. Photos 1 and 2 accurately show the spaces. The rooms are opposite each other, with the hallway and separate toilet in between.

Neat laminate flooring, recently painted walls and fast internet (1,200/120 Mbps Ziggo). Fully furnished. Optional: IKEA mattress available to take over from the current resident (€80–€100).

The shared areas are cleaned once a month. This is included in the total rent.
