About the place

In this spacious apartment, we currently have a souterrain of 20 m2 available for rent. It is available from halfway june till the first of September - possibly longer. The apartment is on the ground floor, has a garden, and is shared with two others and a cat. The whole place is fully furnished and everything is available for usage. We have a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine and a dryer etc. All in all it's the ideal spot for someone who is looking for a temporary place to stay in Amsterdam. Especially when coming from outside of the country. 

Location & Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the heart of Amsterdam-West, which means around ten to fifteen minutes of travel to the city center. The neighborhood is safe and very resourceful, with a nice park and two supermarkets five minutes from the house. There are also many places to grab a bite or have a drink just around the corner in the Jan Evertsenstraat. It's a nice and quiet place and we have a great relationship with all our neighbors.
