Fully furnished one large luxury-bedroom near Lelylaan station, metro 50/51

there is one bedroom in 3-bedroom newly furnished apartment available. It is near to Lelylaan train/metro station (walking for 8 mins) ; walking in 3 minutes to shopping centre Sierplein, where you can find supermarkets(Dirk and AH,etc) and lots of other shops.  
Wifi (100MB) is available in the apartment.  The kitchen is equipped with applicants (oven, microwave, fridge, etc).  There  are plates, bowels, cups and other kitchen wares available. 
The rent is 1180 euro per month including utilities (g/e/w) and internet and other sharing cost. 
the room is fully furnished and 
the room has a bed 140*200cm, it has matress and matress topper, 3 door- dressing closet, and a single sofa,  a desk and chair. 
bedsheet/two pillow/two blanket/curtains (used, but clean ones) will be provided and included in the rental price. if you need completed new ones, need to pay extra as purchasing price. 

the room is connected with balcony. The apartment will be cleaned every 2 weeks, cleaning cost has already been included in the rental. Registration is of course possible. You need to pay municipal tax yourself.  Deposit will be one month rental.  
Living room, Kitchen and bathroom and toilet are all shared. The living room is big, more than 16M2, equipped with TV and sofa etc, and dining area with a big dining table. Toilet and bathroom are separated. 
There are 2 balconies at front and back side of apartment. 
There is an additional storage place about 4.5M2 downstairs and more than 20 M2 upstairs, where you can put your stuff. 
Prefer to rent to working people, he or she needs to be clean and tidy person, could take good care of the apartment. 
there will be rental contract to sign (in English). 
Please note, the room to rent is largest bedroom in the apartment 
we look for male tenant only, as currently there are two boys already live in . so sorry for ladies, please do not apply for this room. 
only working professional (no students please), if work shift from 9 to 5pm is best. not cook heavily, as kitchen is shared by 3 persons.
