About the place

Hi dear people,
We (Niloofar (32), Maud (27), and Christian (38)), working in finance and graduating from art studies, are looking for a new housemate. We have a good vibe going, with eating together sometimes, but also all of us having busy lives outside of the apartment. We would like someone who is interested in spending time together and getting to know each other, rather than just sharing the expenses of an apartment, interested in making it a warm and cozy home, someone who appreciates honesty and transparency. From a practical perspective, we would like to live with someone who has high cleaning standards (e.g. cleaning stove/kitchen surfaces each time after cooking), preferably non-smoker, preferably no pets, between late 20s and early 40s in age, no couples/people with children.

-	Apartment of 160sqm, with bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, big living room

-	Apartment comes with a hammock and a balcony
