- The available room (the child room pink one in the pics) is unfurnished 
- Sharing with 1 person (me the landlord). I have a double bedroom on the other side of the house
- One extra utilities room available for common usage like setting up working space
- Registration possible
- Contract will be for 6 months with a possibility of extension
- 10 minute walk to lelylaan and Heemstedestraat metro stops

Room is available for a single person and is ideal to fit a single bed (although double bed can fit as well)
