Fully furnished room in private appartment . Nice and new room in a friendly and nice neighbourhood. Perfect connection to public transportation, tram 1 and 17 within 1 min walking distance, train and metrostation Lelylaan within 5 minutes walking distance. Citycenter (Leidseplein) is 15 minutes by tram.
There is also a nightbuss stopping at Johan Huizingalaan. 

Nice restaurants nearby, Sloterpark is in the backyard, gym and all other hotspots are all here to explore. Grocerieshops are 200 meters away and also in walkingdistance.. 

Room is provided with all necessities, even an extra matress, pillows for visitors and clean sheets. The room looks out to a private garden which means nice and quiet nights and a nice view in the morning!

All other appliences are available as can be expected of a well equipped private appartment , washingmachine, dryer, dishwasher, airfryer, microwave, grill( see attached photos). Perfect place for a student or a working female who wants a nice and clean environment to relax in and get her study or work done. 

I have an extra bike available to be used if wanted! (Included in the rent)
