About the place

€1200/month, all inclusive

Hi there! I'm looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate to temporarily take over the second bedroom in our cosy two-bedroom apartment while my current flatmate is away travelling. The room is available from May 20 for 6 months, with the possibility to extend for another 3 months.

The flat is fully furnished and well-equipped, located in a fantastic area just 3 minutes from Vondelpark and a 5-minute bike ride to Leidseplein. We also have a large private garden, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a quiet coffee outside.

You’d be sharing the space with me. I’m American, work full-time, and like to keep a peaceful and tidy home. That said, I also enjoy the occasional dinner party or relaxed evening with friends. I'm looking for someone independent, considerate, and ideally aged 25 or older, who’s on a similar wavelength.

The essentials:
Available from May 20 until mid-November, with a possible 3-month extension
Rent is €1200 per month, inclusive of utilities and internet
For one person only (no couples)
Full-time work required
No pets
Ideally aged 25 or older
