About the place

Hello everyone! 

A room is temporarily available (with a very real possibility of extension if another house is found by Tom, the leaving tenant!!) in a super duper three-bedroom house in the Javastraat! 

The available room is 25 m² for €1247 (house is 110 m²), inclusive of gas/water/electricity, internet, and taxes. The room comes furnished with a wardrobe, sofa and bed. Shared common areas include a large living space with a kitchen on the first floor (more than 55 m²), a big balcony and a service toilet. On the second floor, where the rooms are, there is a full, large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub and the laundry room. 

You will be sharing the house with Serena (Italian) and Elize (Estonian), both biologists working at the University of Utrecht. We are looking for a working professional or advanced student who can be social but also enjoys a quiet living :) The house is non-smoking, and we won't consider those among you who work from home daily, sorry! 

Registration is available even if the room is temporarily available (6 months), with the possibility of extension to indefinite. 

A viewing will be arranged on 18/09 upon invitation.
