About the place

A room on the Javaplein. A very nice and upcomming neighbourhoud. With many bars and restaurants on the square and on walking distance.
The room is newly renovated. And is rented out with furniture (bed/table/cupboard). 
The kitchen is well equiped. 

The SciencePark is close by. 

The room can only be rented out to one person, so no couples. 
I look for a tennant starting 01/09/2025. If you want to rent out on a later day, then please donot reply to this advert. 
(I get too many request about couples, or people that want to rent in one or two months. Henche this remark).
