About the place

As I'm moving out, a room will become available from 15th of May in a 100m2 apartment in Java-eiland, just 10 minutes cycling from Amsterdam Central Station. The house has a backyard, a balcony and a nice livingroom with a view on the IJhaven.
You will share the apartment with Suyash, who works as a product manager and pursues DJing as a part-time passion. He has been living in Amsterdam for two years and is originally from ( South ) Mumbai.
Practicalities: The rent is 980 incl. The deposit for the room is 1959 and there is one time furniture costs of 810 euros ( for the bed, closet, floor and shared furniture ). You have to be a working professional with a stable income. Registration is possible.
