About the place

Hello, 

This is a lovely house in three floors as following:
 * The ground floor includes the living room, kitchen, garden, and a toilet.
 * The first floor includes two rooms, and toilet/bathroom. One of this rooms is rented by a nice girl (master student), and the other one is the current one for rent. 
  * The last floor (attic) is rented by a lovely professional girl, who has her own kitchen. 

* Please only females send message. 

* Tram 17 in 5 min walking distance takes you directly to Amsterdam centrum.
* Supermarkets are nearby. 
* Registration is possible. 
* Everything is included; but if the energy cost (gas+electricity) exceeds 200 euros in a month, the tenants should pay the extra.
