About the place

Hello, 

I am renting this room to (preferably) professional females. 
The other two very nice girls living in home are also the same.
The house is clean, tidy, and quiet. The kitchen and living room is only shared with you and another friendly girl. The other girl has her own kitchen in attic. 

Metro 17, within 5-min walking distance takes you directly to Dam square. 

Supermarkets are also close. 

All costs are included. However, if the energy costs exceeds 200 euros in a month, the extra will be divided between tenants.
